Orient Express

Two Pullman trains visited Liverpool on Grand National day. This one is the train normally used by the English part of the Venice Simplon Orient Express. Sadly, race specials can no longer run via the Bootle branch to Aintree station itself, as they did up to the 1980s, so the passengers will have been bussed for the last part of their journey.
